Multi-Material Figurine
12-colour AMS print from a sculpted character model.
Challenge
A sculpted character model needed to be reproduced in twelve distinct colours without hand-painting each unit.
Approach
Model sliced into colour regions, printed as a single object on our multi-material FDM printer with a 12-colour AMS pass at 0.12 mm layer height.
Outcome
Clean paint-free colour separation across the whole figure. The client can now reprint on demand for a fraction of the cost of hand-finished units.
