Laser-cut and engraved walnut signage for a taproom launch.
Challenge
A brewery taproom launch needed a 900 mm-wide wall sign in walnut, engraved with their logo, and cut clean enough to skip sanding.
Approach
Vector artwork trued in CAD, laser-cut and engraved on 6 mm American walnut with a slow feed rate to control char, then oiled by hand for the final finish.
Outcome
Installed in time for opening night. The taproom has since ordered coaster runs and tap-badge cutouts from the same file.
